Abstract

In this paper, I analyzed for the female fans of Japanese popular music. Music consumption is thriving in Japan. Also, fan behavior and build a fan community is flourishing in Japan. Female fans of popular music, has created fashion and unique concert, comics and novels for fans to read. Activities that chasing the star is also thriving. Fans such action, be accused of deviant behavior and media addiction there are many in the West area, but it is common in Japan. In this paper, the background of fan behavior unique to Japan, such as this have been constructed, to reveal on the basis of the content analysis of the relevant literature.
