母性看護学における情意領域に着目した学内演習の検討

Abstract

本報告の目的は母性看護学Ⅱ (母性看護の実践と技術)の演習における教授活動の内容を情意領域に重点をおき検討することである。看護演習における教授活動の内容を、学内演習担当者間で振り返り、話し合いを重ねB.S.Bloomの教育目標の中の情意領域を参考に検討を行った。演習では腹囲・子宮底測定、妊婦体験、レオポルド触診、妊婦体操、新生児のバイタルサイン測定。沐浴、授乳における看護技術の習得を中心に行った。特に妊産褥婦の心情を共感できるよう、情意領域を中心に検討した。演習内容では、腹囲。子宮底測定、レオポルド触診では、模型を用いながら視覚的なアプローチと実際に触れてみるという点から学生が肌で触れて感じ取り、看護について考えられるようにした。学生はこれらの経験から、看護職として必要となる配慮や援助のあり方について考えることができたと考える。講義で、沐浴手順や配慮する点を説明した内容を知識として理解するだけでなく、その環境におかれる対象者の立場を自ら体験し考えることを経験することは、今後の看護援助を行う際の、専門職として必要とされる能力を伸ばすことにつながると考える。 The purpose of this study was to examine contents and teaching methods of the practices of maternal nursing within the campus, focusing on affective domain of teaching and learning objective. A responsible person of the class and teaching staffs looked back the each nursing practice class and discussed its contents and teaching methods, referring to the taxonomy of education objectives by B.S.Bloom and others. Affective domain was mainly focused and examined. During the practices of maternal nursing, students experienced wearing maternity simulation jacket, learned how to measure fundus height and abdomen and following observation items by using pregnant woman model, touching mother’s abdomen by Leopold’s Maneuvers, newborn bathing, and measuring infant vital signs. By visual approach and touching on the abdomen in real, students could learn and understand by their own experiences, so they were more considerate for pregnant woman’s physical and emotional support and trying to minimize the time when measuring and touching the models. Extending their minds on maternal nursing from one’s own experience was much emphasized in the classes. Those experiences and knowledge from the lectures would led them to think more about how better caring/ nursing ought to be, and would support them developing further technical knowledge and skills required to nurses.
